In previous discussions, I've advocated trying to get off of the lists. This summer I just started deleting. It hasn't made any difference in the amount of junk email. I've set my email program to delete certain addresses automatically, and that cuts it down a bit. I've changed my mind and now feel that deleting is a more efficient use of my time.
