Hello Everyone,

I'm sorry for taking so long to post this. Most of the responses I
received were requests for the information others passed along. Here is
what was sent to me concerning sources for grants. Thank you very much to
those who responded with information.

Don't forget local libraries, corporations and organizations.

Do a search on PITSCO (they make supplies for physics classes, and have a
pretty good page on scholarships and grants)

Sears and Coca-Cola have awarded grants.
Try Apple.

I'm assuming you've checked into your State Department of Education
grants. Some private sources for funding can be found on

Your local library or Community Foundation can give you a great deal of
help as well. Hope that helps. Dianne Parham, Grants Analyst, San Diego

I, too, have begun to search. Here are two web sites I have found for starters:

http://ericir.syr.edu/Virtual/InfoGuides/Alphabetical_List_of_InfoGuides/gra
ntstech12_96.html#howto (I hope this is all of this address, I had to copy
it from my bookmarks properties and it seems to end abruptly, but could not
connect with the site now)

Good luck!
