Target:automation systems for small schools

Dear LM_Netters,

I have been given the green light to start investigating our options for
automating the library.  I was wondering if there is anyone out there who
has a great system for a small school district.  We are a K-12 school with
two libraries.  I figure we have between 15,000-20,000 books and just over
500 students.

I would especially like to hear from other librarians in the same size
district that have been through the automation process.
