For whatever it is worth, I forwarded the offending message to
postmaster@hotmail.com with the following note at the top:

"Please tell whoever is responsible for this to knock it off.  This is a
BUSINESS account and I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in what this
idiot is selling."

You might want to do the same.  If the folks who run Hotmail get enough
complaints, they'll close the offender's account.
