SUBJECT: FELINE RULES of LIFE > Thanks fo that wonderful post. I immediately read it to my cat, Madame Tofu, who >assured me that it is 100% correct. I never appreciated the ways of cats until i was working on my dissertation. When i was a student at Columbia's library school, Dean Darling spoke of the problems he had with his cats when working on his PhD. He related that they seemed to know when the work was important and made his typewriter and papers their play toys. My cat did the same thing - in fact, Madame Tofu loves to sleep between the terminal and the keyboard - which makes it hard to type around a swishing tail. Thanks again for the post -- it made my day.
