for everything you need to know sbout ISBN.

I already wrote to Sandra with the information, but I couldn't let
this pass by. To connect this to 'when do you use books or the web',
this is definitely a time to use online resources first rather than
printed information that is more than 10 years old.  You'll see that
the address *has* changed by going to the website.
