ELEM: 4th grade read alouds

Dear Netters,
I am in need of a sure fire, please read some more book for 4th grade to
end the school year. I have some squirrely groups and a book that will
grab their attention will make my life easier as we move through silly
season to June and vacation. I have used How to Eat Fried Worms and
Deadly Stranger in the past but would like something more recent and
available in paperback. I wouldn't have to have it in my media center
because I often use this as a way of promoting public library usage
during the summer. All suggestions are welcome.
