Target: Navigator vs Communicator

Has anyone done a comparison of these two browsers to tally the differences
and pros and cons? I need to advise the choice in my school and don't know
if the large overhead of the Communicator makes it a worthwhile choice. I
need some help on this and would appreciate any and all suggestions and
enthusiasms.
