   The Winsor School, in Boston, MA, has an opening in the library:

    Assistant Director of the Library

        The Winsor School, an independent, girls' day school grades five through
twelve, with a tradition of academic excellence and a commitment to
diversity, is seeking an Assistant Director of the Library.
        Qualifications: M.L.S., administrative and supervisory experience,
knowledge of computer applications including library automated systems, the
Internet, LAN administration, and HTML. Excellent communication skills and
teaching experience, and knowledge of print and electronic reference sources
are required.
        The Assistant Director will assist the Director in developing and
implementing policy and procedures, administering and overseeing computer
applications, and sharing reference and teaching responsibilities needed.
The Assistant Director will assume additional administrative responsibilites
in the Director's absence.
        The Virginia Wing Library holds 28,000 volumes, 120 print periodicals, and
extensive electronic collections.  Renovation and expansion of the Library,
to include a state of the art computer research lab,  is in progress.
