TECH: Winnebago CIRC/CAT DOS 6.7

Hi...

For those of you looking at the upgrade to 6.7 on the DOS platform, I did
it yesterday. It went very quickly and seems to be okay. It's mostly
improvements in the Circulation module, although there's been an awfully
handy addition to the REBUILD command... the ability to rebuild LOG files.
Took our 18 MB CIRCLOG.LOG file down to 8.5 MB... 'course it took several
hours, but it did seem to do the job well. :)
