Don't know how many of you all have used "Gressco." They make a delightful shelving for picture books. They are wooden boxes which can be fit together in any design you like, and can be painted, stained or left natural. Ideal for allowing small hands to flip through the collection eyeing each cover without removing it from the shelves, we found them to be most effective. We designed ours in the shape of lizards---the kids could sit on their "legs" or crawl under their "bellies"---quite delightful....and you could change the configuration as you desire....turn them into a train, or a plane, or a house.....Just a suggestion.
