My district Tech Coordinator and I are looking for a way to automate our libraries and also provide a student data management system. He has been looking at a package produced by Chancery Software (from the Van Couver BC area) that seems to do it all. The Library automation modual is called Library Pro 2.0. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who is using it, especially the library componet. PROs and CONs would be appreciated!! I am the only automated elem. library in our district (currently using FOLLETT UNISON .. circ only). I am not anxious to change, but am willing to look at it. My input has been solicited and will be considered. BTW it was his suggestion to put this out to this group. He is VERY impressed with info I have passed on to him from the group. Thanking you in advance.
