We are at the tail end of district-wide networking, both LAN in the school and WAN between schools. Naturally, the elementaries were last, so we've had the elementaries automated on standalones for a couple of years. Last year they started networking the elementaries and the district network tech's would give us (Library Services) periodic lists of the elementaries that would be next to be networked. We would then make plans accordingly only to find out that the school is considered "networked" if they delivered a fileserver to the building. In many cases, the library isn't even wired. We currently have three sites that have been "networked" for over a year and the libraries are still standalone. I get so frustrated sometimes, I could just scream!
