The difference is, the Xerox Corporation WILL send a lawyer to chat with
people who misuse their trademark (and, if need be, will sue to protect
their intellectual property).  No lawyers visit users of "ain't."  The
dictionary is reporting usage, not ratifying it.  Some, however, are more
meticulous than others about trademarks.
