Several folks said unequivocably that Xerox is a registered trademark. Do not use it as a verb. Use it only when referring to Xerox specific equipment, etc. However, it does appear: In the Webster's New Universal Unabridged Dictionary , c1996, it states: "v.t, v.i. 3. (sometimes l.c.) to print or reproduce by xerography." AND I found it on-line in a Webster's dictionary as a noun and a verb. Guess it's like the word "ain't" - once it's in the dictionary - it must be OK!
