GEN: Ordering from amazon.com

A query to those of you who have ordered from www.amazon.com (for
themselves or for school purchases):

In addition to billing you on your credit card statement, does amazon send
you a separate invoice? If so,
is it included with your package, or does it come separately? If it comes
separately, how long does it take?

I am thinking of ordering some titles for our library, and am trying to
figure out how easy it will be for me to get reimbursed.
