Target: Sports Biographies Grades 4-6

My PE teacher wants to put together a list of good sports books,
particularly biographies for grades 4-6.  He especially wants to find books
that include information on how the athletes train, to "inspire the kids to
emulate their sports heroes."
Any suggestions?  I will gladly post a hit.
