LM_NET Archive

Okay, folks, I'm obviously missing something important here. What does
"sorted by date" in the LM_NET archives mean? It's certainly not strictly
chronological, though large bunches of messages from one date DO seem to be
lumped together. But, just when I think I'm in about the right place, the
dates jump ahead or back. Please help - directly to me, or to the list if
you think this would be of general interest. TIA - Lynn
