ELEM: Travel Buddie

How would you like a guest from California to visit for one week in your
school? She would bring with her information from all the  stops she's
made, and a gift for your class to keep. There will be a book to read, a
journal to write in, a postcard to mail, a camera for picture taking and an
internet address to keep us informed.  She will be taveling by covered
wagon. (via US Mail)

Patty Reed (teddy bear)and her doll will be following the Donner Party
Trail from Springfield, IL to Sacramento, CA.  She would like to stop
anywhere near the following cities.

Illinois: Springfield & St. Louis
Missouri: Columbia, Independence, Boonville, St. Joseph
Kansas: Kansas City
Nebraska: Lincoln, Omaha, Columbus, Grand Island, Kearney, Lexington,
Cozad, Gothenburg, North Platte, Scotts Bluff
Wyoming:  Fort Laramie, Wheatland, Laramie, Mcicine, Cheyenne, Saratoga,
Rawlins, Superior, Rock Springs, Granger, Fort Bridger, Evanston
Utah: Salt Lake City, Grantsville, Tooele, Wendover
Nevada:  Wells, Elko, Battle Mountain, Golconda, Winnemucca, Imlay,
Lovelock, Reno, Truckee
California:  Donner Pass, Grass Valley, Auburn, Roseville, Placerville,
Sutter Creek, Jackson, Sacramento
