I'm new this year to elementary school life, and I've been having some difficulties with discipline, particularly with the 6th grade. Another teacher recommended Canter's Assertive Discipline, and it is a good book, but it focuses mainly on the classroom teacher, not on the "special," who has many different students. Does anyone have any articles to suggest or special tips for librarians?
