I certainly appreciate all the work that is done to put together the WEED
OF THE MONTH page.  I am a foracious weeder and have always been an
advocate of such.  However, as I do this I get pangs of guilt that I am
throwing away books with some basic information that may not be
replaceable.  I realize that much information is available in periodical
form, but I still hesitate to toss books, even tho' I know I should, if I
have nothing with which to replace them.  The career books were a prime
example of this.  I would love to have material for the primary grades
that was recently published and met all the criteria we need for good core
collection books.  I think that the idea of replacement books is much more
important here than what books we need to weed.  At least this is where I
need the suggestions and help.  Just my $.02 and thank you all for
listening and indulging!!
