Personal Development Plan

In Missouri, as part of our evaluation, we have to write a personal
development plan, (PDP). We want our plan to focus on being current with
future trends in technology relating to the library media field. If someone
from Missouri, or outside Missouri, has some ideas, I would be very
interested in hearing from you.
