We have a joint public and school library in a rural high school. This spring we will offer internet access at this facility. Our county public library policy committee needs input from any similar situations. 1. Is parental consent required? If so, is it required for all branches of the public library or just for this joint facility? Are all students required to have parental consent or only certain ages? 2. How is day to day management handled? Thanks for any suggestions you may have.
