REF: Quote

We are looking for the author of the following quote.  It was supposedly
made by St. Francis of Assisi, but we are unable to verify it.  Any help you
can give would be greatly appreciated!  The quote follows:

"People who work with their hands are laborers.
 People who work with their hands and head are craftsmen.
 People who work with their hands and head and heart with a sense of values
are   artisans."
