Can someone help me with Windows 95? I was limping along with a computer
which had been upgraded twice, 486, 8mb RAm, 14.4 modem; I could use
Terminal and LM-NET worked fine. So I finally bought a new computer with
lots of RAM, 56K modem, etc, etc. It's great when I first connect and
start to go through my 150 or so messages from LM-NET. WHen the connect
time reaches about 10 minutes, everything slows way down and eventually I
get disconnected. I just typed those last words without seeing them; the
cursor had hung up. Is there some setting I'm missing? A cache that needs
to be made larger or emptied? I haven't even tried configuring for the
Web yet. -- Liz
