Dee, sorry to post to listserv but my reply came back.

Our district PE Coordinator has a unit for 4/5/6th grade using the
Olympics.  It's called OLYMPIC ADVENTURE.  If you would like the lesson
plan please send me your snail mail address and I'll send it to you ASAP.
Our Coordinator is wonderful.  She really should publish a book with all of
her lessons.
