ELEM: New Library Construction 2nd post

Hello All

(I apologize for the repeat but realize my email address was wrong on
my first message)
Next Monday (the 6th) I am meeting with the architects regarding
additions and remodeling of my two elementary library facilities.  We
were pleasantly surprised during the last week of school when our bond
issue passed (the first in 30 years).  There will be room for a
computer lab in each (should it be partitioned?) plus additional space
for modernizing the two rooms which are currently bare bones
facilities with books, tables and chairs, little of anything else.
Please advise me on do's and don'ts when dealing with the architect.
Please advise me on websites, magazine articles, book titles, personal
experiences, must haves, etc. which would help.

I appreciate any help you can give me. I know it will be extremely
exciting and needless to say I have seen info here before but pretty
much ignored it because of our long history of bond defeats. . .now
they tell me we will be into the new facilities by Sept. of 99!!! We
are all so excited! Plus, we're automating this year!!!
