library game

During the school year I ran across a library game that was missing the
rules.  I can make up several ways to play the game, but I was wondering
if anyone out there might have the game and know how it is intended to
be played.  It is called Shelve-It!  It was developed by Shari Wallace
and was purchased from Highsmith.  It is a card game.
