Dear Friends, I am interested in locating Internet sites related to special education and the library media center. These could be sites for students, for teachers, or for library media specialists. Have you come across any sites that would suggest specific resources special ed students (M.R., L.D., Gifted, physically handicapped, etc.)should have available in a high school LMC? Any sites for students with specific learning disabilities? Any sites that might describe adaptive technologies for special ed students? How about a listserv for special ed teachers? Have you ever come across a listserv for special ed students themselves? (or is that a ridiculous question??)I would appreciate any tips you may have!
