Hotmail has closed that account in reponse to the complaints. When spam
(unsolicited commercial e-mail) shows up from a Hotmail account, forward
the entire message to abuse@hotmail.com ... they take it seriously. Use a
similar approach to spam (at least to the offensive stuff) from other
providers, using the form abuse@provider.com (and probably also
postmaster@provider.com) where provider.com is replaced by the originating
provider's name.
