Given that the Internet contains a plethora of information, not all of it
is GOOD information. Any fool with a web site can post information on a
given topic.  That does not mean the topic has been thoroughly researched;
in fact, much of the information on the 'net is flawed. Written reference
material may not be as up to date as the information on the internet, but
it is a good bet that it has legitimate authority and valid research to
back it up. Keep the print material and use the internet as an adjunct,
with careful and frequent instruction on how to recognize legitimate
postings.
