Tech: Unison conversion

Friday my techie is going to help me with my conversion from Follett's dos
program to Unison 1.50.  It seems overwhelming to me and she has no
experience with any kind of library program.  However, she seems to feel
that we can do it.  But before we start, I am wondering if there are any
hints you might share with me that you have learned from your conversion.
The one thing I don't understand is the paragraph about the 101 tag.  I
vaguely remember this being discussed, but, I wasn't interested
at the time so didn't pay attention.

Any help or encouragement you can give me will be appreciated.
