GEN: Seeking Microsoft Excel 97 Template

Does anyone have an Excel 97 spreadsheet template for school
library media center expenditures that would allow me to have columns
and pre-set formulas for "order date," "name of company," "description
of item ordered," "amount quoted," "actual amount paid," "received item
(yes/no)," "date paid," and "current balance."

I have virtually no experience with Excel 97, but I am a quick-study.
