Here are valuable science resources wriiten by The Pan-Canadian Science
Curriculum Project team. The contributing members are teachers and board
support staff form Simcoe County Distric School Board in Ontario,
Canada.

Scroll down to the the Common Framework of Science Learning Outcomes.
This outlines the vision and foundation statements for scientific
literacy in Canada.

To find the teaching resources click on the button Locate teaching
resource.
Click on start.
Choose a grade level, then continue.
Scroll down and click on Station House 3
Choose a topic or use the down arrow to select All of the Above
Select a resource type I suggest Lesson Plans. This will give you the
listing of all of the lessons with the other files embedded in the
plans.
Type in a search word connected with the subject choice
Click on list

Explore the other StationHouses for outcome lists for your grade on each
subject area, K-12.
