TECH: Retro. conversion companies

We are migrating to a new automation platform and we must upgrade our
records in the process. Our automation company will use LTI to de-dupe
our records, but they can also upgrade them at the same time. Our
records are incomplete, so we can't rely on total machine matching to
get these records upgraded.

If anyone has used LTI to do a similar retro, please respond on quality,
timeliness, etc.
