>Please forgive me for not being able to figure out something that is
probably very obvious, but... I recently purchased a new computer (Windows
95) with a large disk drive. It was formated into sections c, d, e. Drive C
is now full. How to I use drives d & e? Can I just drag some programs from
C to D (would the computer be able to find them?) When I install new
programs the wizard usually just puts the programs into C...how can I
change that (there have been a few that asked and I changed it do D and
those installed there & worked fine).
> I can't find any information on this in the "Dummies" books, so I wonder
if I should even have alternate drives. I thought that Windows 95 would
recognize large drives making formating into sections unnecessary.
>Please help. This is a major problem right now.
>Thanks.
