Thanks to all those who answered my message regarding the above video.

After a second call to the BBC, I did find out that they have sold their
Educational video rights to Films for the Humanities @ 800.257.5126.  Films
for the Humanities does have the above video (#7450) and it can be purchased
for $99.00 plus $5.95 shipping.
