TECH: PowerPoint help needed

I'm having trouble getting a powerpoint slide show to run in conjunction
with a track from an audio CD placed in the D drive of my PC.  The show is
designed to run the length of the track and I can get the song to begin, but
it stops after the first slide.  I'm running MS Office 97 on a PC.
Naturally, this help is needed in a BIG hurry for a presentation scheduled
for Wed evening.  I'm pretty sure it's something simple, but I am beginning
to panic about getting it done on time.  Any help will be appreciated.  Pat
