Just a thought -- If those who create documents using "man" and meaning to include both men and women would change and begin to use "woman" instead (since "woman" really does include "man" -- I wonder how many men would be secure enough in their masculinity (did I spell that right?) and membership in the human race to realize that "woman" etc. includes them as well?
