TECH: Counter

Hi Netters:

I have two problems.  1.  Where can I download a counter to use with the
district's web page?  It sounds so simple but we are having no luck
finding one.

Next:  In Microsoft Word one of the computers comes up with the same
document everytime we turn the computer on.  Even if we tell it new
blank document, it comes up with this document.  Any suggestions will be
appreciated.  Thanks Dianne
