Thanks for the info. > >Marcia Jensen, Librarian >Davenport Community Schools, Davenport, IA >yetta@qconline.com The six traits of writing are Ideas and Content, Organization, Voice, Word Choice, Sentence, Fluency, and Conventions. You will find out more when you go the the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory website. Many, many districts have adopted this writing model, not to be confused with other writing/editing processes. There is a rubric that goes along with it. Complete information is available from the NWREL website http://www.nwrel.org/ Regards, Margaret Schimmels Library Media Specialist Harry Street Elementary Wichita (KS) Public Schools megschimme@feist.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To quit LM_NET (or set NOMAIL or DIGEST), Send an email message to listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write EITHER 1) SIGNOFF LM_NET 2) SET LM_NET NOMAIL or 3) SET LM_NET DIGEST NOTE: Please allow time for confirmation from Listserv.
