and Policy Implications," prepared at the request of Assembly Member Kerry
Mazzoni, and published in March 1998 by the California Research Bureau of
the California State library, is now available in PDF format.

and to various other publications of the CRB, some of which may be of
interest to this audience.

Printed copies are still available on request (no charge).
