Open Court Reading Program

The reading specialist in my building asked me to post a question to see if
anyone out there uses the Open Court Reading program.  We use it for our
remedial students, and need new manuals for two of the books.  Because they
have re-done parts of the series, the current manuals are different than the
ones we use.
Anyway, she needs the manuals for the books Cities All About and The Place
Called Morning with the 1985 copyright.  Does anyone out there have these or
can give me information about getting them?  (I'm sure you can still purchase
them from the company and that's what she'll wind up doing, but I promised I'd
post this!)
