GEN: Flagship Earth

A social studies teacher at my school is looking for the organization
called "Flagship Earth" or "Friends of Flagship Earth" which she thought
was in California.  The organization donates flags to schools, and she is
looking for the flag that reads "One earth, many cultures." (I work at a
school that has a very scary air quality problem, and the teacher will
probably not be able to return to school because it makes her sick.  She
wants to give the flag to the school as a parting gift.)  Does anyone know
of this organization?
