SEC: FDR and Jewish refugee policy

A senior is doing research on Franklin Roosevelt and his policies regarding
Jews during World War II (including pre-US entry the war). We have looked
at all our Roosevelt biographies and World War ll references.  Most of the
material in these books is quite sketchy. Does anyone have any
recommendations for books or internet sites (web or otherwise) she could
consult?
