GEN: Spanish/English software

Due to the large number of English as a secondary language in our school
our discipline staff is looking for a software program that they can use
for translation from English to Spanish and vice versa.  If anyone has a
software program that they are using and would suggest please let me
know.  The only thing I can think of is a dictionary that is bilingual.
