High school media center plans

I think this subject has been addressed before, and at the time I  =
thought a new media center was something that would never happen at my  =
school.  Well, much to my delight (and shock!) the powers that be are  =
building our school a brand new stand alone media center!  I wondered if =
 anyone has a source of suggested plans or lists of items that should be =
 included in the construction.
