I have been looking for an article written in the late 1980's by Carol Kearney, who was director of the Buffalo City Schools library program at the time. It was about flexible scheduling for elementary libraries, and had the phrase "pearls before swine" in the title. I kept this article for a number of years and now that I need it - can't locate it. I've tried the new director in Buffalo, the SLS, and left a phone message for Carol herself. No luck. Does anyone remember this article? I'd like to get a copy. Thanks.
