Institutional Video Pricing

Does anyone know if when purchasing a video for a school, if that video
was a cinema release, is there an institutional price that is different
from an individual's purchase price?  (Example: _Ghosts of Mississippi_,
PG-13, 123 minutes, Videoflicks offers for $9.99)

If so, where can I locate these different prices?
