Okay, I hope this goes through this time. Hi all! I have searched the archives and not found what I am looking for so I was hoping that you all might be able to help me. When I first started my job, I sent the majority of book orders to Follett because I had received wonderful recommendations about them. However, in the past two years, I have become very disillusioned with their service. I am finding that it takes about 3 months before I receive a book order. I am sending out orders that are $800 and up, so they really are not small amounts of money that I am sending. The excuse that I have been hearing for 2 years is that they moved warehouses. I understand that this could impact on their service, but for 2 years? I really think that the turn around time is excessive. My question is this: Has anyone else experienced similiar problems with this company? If so, what was the resolution to the problem? If you have not had any problems, and are doing something different than I am, I would like to hear about that also. As it stands right now, I am thinking of discontinuing my relationship with them.
